Benitachell (Costa Blanca):
This is a beautiful area situated just outside Javea
and consists of the original small ancient town typical
of much of real Spain . Local shops and modest houses
line junction of main routes from Javea, Moraira and
Teulada.
In recent years there have been major residential developments
with much of it being clustered around the heights of
Cumbre del Sol. Panoramic views being the norm you can
soon run out of superlatives. It's nickname of "the
Balcony of the Mediterranean " is well deserved.
The coastal section of the town houses modern urbanizations
which settle on the rugged hills leading down to a quiet
beach and secluded coves guarded by spectacular cliffs,
ideal for exploring and snorkelling.
This is a popular area for renting out and properties
are much in demand.
