Cuevas del Amanzora (Costa De Almeria):
One of the oldest towns in the region prettily set
in the fertile valley of the Almanzora River . The discovery
of silver in the area in the past led to a rush of prospectors
and merchants whose legacy of grand avenues, statues
and churches in grand bourgeoise style architecture
remains. Cave dwellings once inhabited by silver miners
are now a popular attraction.
